Here’s my twitter if anyone wants to follow. A small little thread about me trying to be Bruce Lee at 40 years old at work in the dumbest conditions without any stretching or appropriate warm up. Not that I couldn’t execute the kick properly, but I certainly didn’t think through what would happen if I misplaced a step and hurt myself at this age.
I pulled my upper thigh muscle fairly severely and it hampers things a little bit, as I was getting back into running for cardio, and was looking into taking some boxing lessons up the street. Anyhow , follow me on twitter or gab ( which I think is superior) I am @mrcitizen over there
