I try to get walks in at least three times a week for cardio. Some times more if I get home at a reasonable time. If it doesn’t look that way due to traffic I stop at the gym hit the weights and finish with some sort of cardio be it stairs , eliptical or treadmill.
Nothing though beats walking or running outdoors, so invigorating.
I happen to live around the block from a very nice park here in Bellmore and I think I’m going to be jogging it too. I may post my progress from time to time this is the second time I used this Runkeeper app though
Now my minds clear my body feels energized as well. I’ll end the night later with pushups and leg lifting before bed, but right now time to enjoy the afternoon relaxing with a book or maybe an afternoon movie
